REQUIREMENT

  1. LCCI Certificate or Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Finance ~ must be at least   3 years experiences in accounting
  2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful and results   oriented
  3. Computer literate
  4. Knowledge of Accounting Software – UBS system
  5. Ability to work extra hour & under pressure
  6. Preferably candidates who lived in Shah Alam, Klang
  7. Have a driving licence and own car.
  8. Required language(s): English, Bahasa.
  9. Muslim / Muslimah only.
  10. Good in MS. Excel / words – intermediate Level
  11. Able to work in Saturday (Half Day)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Able to handle full sets of accounting ~ not just data entry / not just auditing
  2. Filing for account documents
  3. Able to prepare financial/accounting report
  4. Able to implement ideas to improve system & procedures.
  5. Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time
  6. Pleasant and positive personality, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate will all levels of people
  7. To prepare and present monthly financial report and profit & loss
  8. To monitor & update weekly cash flow for all branches
  9. Experienced in company internal billing
